These monthly services range depending on number of accounts being managed, amount of transactions being processed, and complexity of work. Typically these services will range $300-2,500/month, but they can exceed this with larger businesses or more complex monthly services. One-Time Projects
- Getting your company financials organized or set up in QuickBooks
- Catching up on reconciling previous records
- Bank reconciliation, A/R & A/P, General ledger maintenance & cleanup, tax preparation
These services are on a project basis and typically take a minimum of 3 months to complete, but could take much longer depending on the scope of work. Because of this, the range of costs has a large variance as welll but typically run $2,500-7,500/project. Payment plans are typically scheduled for a larger scope project like this, typically beginning with a set deposit amount, then billed out either as progress is made, or in monthly payments. We want to be as accommodating as possible because we want to be your support and ultimately want to see you and your business succeed, so speaking with our accountant during a consultation we can discuss what plan makes the most sense for you and your needs.

This service is great for individuals who don’t necessarily need a huge accounting project or regular monthly bookkeeping services. They can range from $200-$1,000/filing year. Quarterly tax filing support is also available at different rates for business needs.
